Holness says growth figure is 'nothing to smile about'
KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) Leader and Spokesman on Finance and Planning, Andrew Holness, has described the 0.9% economic growth in the September quarter disclosed by the Government as insignificant, unconfirmed and nothing to smile about.
