St Elizabeth man pleads guilty to lottery scamming charges
ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica -- Twenty-three-year-old Rhoan Beckford, a labourer of Jointwood district, St Elizabeth appeared before the Black River Circuit Court yesterday and pleaded guilty to the offence of knowingly possessing identity information of a person.
