The Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) affiliated Jamaica Institute of Political Education (JIPE) last Thursday presented a booklet titled "Tribute to Edward Seaga" to the former prime minister at his office at University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona. The booklet is a compilation of tributes made at a special joint sitting of Parliament on October 9, 2012, as one of the events planned in commemorating Jamaica's 50th year of Independence.
