UPDATE: Misick unable to meet bail condition after application accepted on appeal
KINGSTON, Jamaica -- The bail application of former Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) Premier, Michael Misick, which was rejected by the Magistrate’s Court in Grand Turk earlier Tuesday, was accepted on appeal in the Supreme Court later in the day.
