A report of an attack on a two-year-old St Ann boy by a pit bull last week has angered Jamaica Observer online readers, who say it is time Government enforce the law where the importation and harbouring of the vicious dogs are concerned. Readers believe a warning against the purchasing and petting of the animals is inadequate. The attack has left the boy with severe injuries to the face, the Observer has learnt.
