'Significant' gains made despite going over 300 road fatalities mark, police say

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Following the launch of the National Road Safety Council's Road Safety (NRSC) Awareness Campaign for the Christmas/New Year festive season, Head of the Police Traffic Division Deputy Superintendent Gary McKenzie said "significant" gains were made despite going over the 300 mark for road fatalities.
