Commissioner of Customs Major Richard Reese today announced that the Customs Department will be collecting 5% duty on the import of human hair weaves. The new tax on weaves (human hair) is part of improvements being implemented by the Customs Department.

...although I can't stand weave hair (dead people hair), I wonder who came up with the bright idea? It happens everywhere....the government officials who run the plantation often look at more ways to tax the small man while the pockets of big business and the politicians (politricktions) remain nicely lined with cash flow. I mean seriously....this is an arms house move and will not fix the money problems of the country.
