THE Administrator General's Department has admitted in an affidavit produced in the Civil Section of the Supreme Court by an attorney representing the office, Andrew Gyles, that he spoke with family members of a businessman who died intestate in 1980 and whose estate is yet to be probated, more than a decade after they died.
