PEOPLE'S National Party Councillor Kevin Taylor (Duhaney Park division) said the more than $7.5 million spent by the Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC) to clean the May Pen Cemetery and the "whacking and beautifying" of three parks was way too much.
