In other baby bump news, reality TV starlet Tila Tequila has confirmed she’s expecting – but, apparently she won’t be handing the child over to her brother and his wife as previously planned.
According to WENN.com, Tequila teased fans over social-networking site Twitter last weekend, suggesting she was planning to make this big announcement after visiting her doctor.
These comments came after Tequila recently backtracked on a pre-Christmas pregnancy announcement, in which she revealed she was acting as a surrogate mother for her sibling: “That is my xmas present to them,” she wrote.
She then told Life & Style magazine she wasn’t with child, but since the recent death of her fiancée, Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson, Tequila seems to have changed she mind about motherhood.
She Twittered: “I have a baby growing inside of me now, and that is my new happiness in life. It’s no longer my brother’s baby…It is MY very own baby.”
Tequila also says the unnamed father of her child is “an American hero.”
This news comes a day after Tequila’s publicist, Jessica Cohen, quit.
