Sorry Tropicana I only skimmed the excerpts but I never really understood the point of hashing out why certain people are attracked to certain people...or why some people get so passionate about the choices other people make

cause i always wondered myself why people get upset about interracial relationships but never wanted to talk about it with anyone in person cause people seem really sensitive about it

That would make an interesting thread. Why don't you start one? It wouldn't be appropriate for me to start one as I go for months on end without seeing a Black female/White male couple. In fact, I think the last time I saw such a pairing was when I visited Compry's church.

The reason we're not seeing the book yet or too many talk shows dealing with it is I don't think it is happening to a great enough extent to make it a topic for a book. I have seen a couple of articles in Essence about it.
