Just got word that the group that I should have gone with to Haiti has just landed in Fla; and will be heading home momentarily on anadda flight. Don't know if I should dance or cry.. anihoo..


They didn't have to be rescued although they experienced frightening aftershocks. Cannot wait to hear their stories.

I remember when traditionally the &quot;washing of the feet&quot; on Holy Thursday would be commemorated in some churches.

I wonder if it is still done now.

Hi Sis Compray. It was done in [other] non-Catholic churches in Ja as well...

A friend of mine in B'klyn says it is done at her church, and they are not Catholic.
