Britisha, I've been seriously thinking about the Cross since you started this thread. I wear a cross almost always, have one hanging in my car and on the back of my car. I live very close to my home church and I get such peace each time I'm turning the corner to go and seeing the lit cross on the steeple.

Last night I had a guest speaker on my prayer line who gave a message on the Cross. He started out in Isaiah 53 and ended with 1 Corinthians 15:57. As he spoke, he confirmed my thoughts on the Cross of Jesus.

I see unconditional love. Love sent and brought Jesus to the Cross. For God so loved the world that He gave. I see forgiveness. Whosoever believes. There are no exceptions. The Cross is there for every nationality, every creed, every nation, every religion. I see restoration. Should not perish but have everlasting life. My disobedience, my iniquities, my sins have been forgiven...past, present and future because of the cross and I am restored into a right relationship with God because of the Cross.

Thank you Jesus. Lead me to the cross.

Thanks for this input Compray...and especially for the part that I bolded...that is the key, Jesus died for EVERYONE....it is now being touted that RACE is nothing but a destructive concept..so those who now willingly choose to chain themselves to it, and refuse to be unburdened at the Cross of Jesus Christ...it is their eternity, not mine...

It is unfathomable that there are those who out of ignorance would dare to usurp this thread with their nonsense. Do they think that we will whimper, and roll over and die because of their scoffs and jeers?

I've been thinking about the Cross even more since I started this thread as well...I keep a Cross on my person at all times, it is a part of my personal dress code..I delight in THE CROSS...without the Cross of Jesus, I don't know where I might be now...all I can say is <span style="font-weight: bold">thank you for the Cross, Lord</span>...
