Looks like the dog was 'babysitting'.
My little dog is very 'sensible' and can always figure out when I am trying to give him medication...so he runs...but if I start whining like a pup, he cocks his head to the right or the left...comes running right back and wants to lick my face...just like that dog...
The dog's being motherly...but should be monitored...
