Hi all, I have promised to a few of you that I would post some pics of my yard, now that the remodel and add on are all done.

Here is the front BEFORE



Here is the Front AFTER, we converted the attached garage to a game room, complete with pool table, dart board, hockey table and more...its the boys paradise




Here is the original house...from the corner of the back yard...




And here is the picture from the same corner...700 sq ft of new space...a new deck complete with hot tub...ohhhlala

HEY BBR...nice of you to come visit the new yard.

Love all the space...but funny thing is...even with the 700 sq ft of new space and the 700+ square feet of converted space of the old garage...its already full up again and we havent finished unpacking all the boxes in the garage! How dat werk?

is that a granny flat or a fancy shed at the edge of your deck there?

Thats actually the detached garage. ITS HUGE...and thats what made it possible to convert the attached garage to a game room. You know men could never live in a house without a garage...So Mr. Ochi has his BIG garage at the back of the property.

and yes I love decks..

STart date (and move out date)...Aug 22

Move back in Jan 15. Spent our first night there Jan 18th. 5 months of living in my old house...two bedrooms, 800 sq ft and ONE...count em....ONE bathroom

Porta-Potty all gone now.

Funny story. When they "installed" it...we were still living there and Poor Ochikid was MORTIFIED that they put it in the FRONT YARD where all his friends could see it. THEN...he says...and why did they have to put it right outside my bedroom window...I dont want all that poop in the ground right outside MY bedroom...its gonna stink.

I think he thougth that it was just an enclosure and all the "stuff" just went into a hole in the ground... [img]/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/704555_dwl.gif[/img]

He was relieved when we told him it goes into a tank to be hauled away.
