Kia, I hear you on the yardwork. Can't stand it myself, my backyard project is coming along slooowly. Going to Home Depot afterwork, so I may have some worthwhile photos to post this weekend.

okay - i have decided that i don't know weeds from flowers

i have &quot;something&quot; growing in my front yard - i think it's a shrimp plant - but i thought the shrimp plant froze this winter

so i'm gonna wait a couple more weeks and see if it blooms - if not weed away

Kia, the part about boyKia cutting his initials in the grass is Priceless! I applaud his creativity, very fun! I used to make patterns on my landfill when I mowed with a larger farm tractor and brush hog! I put the patterns there for the balloon people to enjoy. (yes mi co-workers did think mi mad ) To this day I still make patterns in my yard but more subtle nice ones...

Fun posts in here. I loved reading the adventures in yardwork!

Seveen, I often have new things show up in my gardens that I'm not sure if it is a flower or weed so usually I wait to see before yanking. You can try looking around too, and see if there is more of whatever it is somewhere nearby and maybe that will help you solve the mystery!
