the subway tiles look fantastic with the white grout

I've seen ppl use darker grout and for the life of me I dont know why they do so cause then it alway looks dirty

i want to steal your washing machines though

I just have the builders' special and they suck. But to fork out money to buy new ones now doesnt make sense.

If your machines are less than 4 yrs old you can donate them to habitat for humanity in the states.. Then you can take the tax deduction and get what you want

Very nice HO! I agree, no bother with the baseboard there. Just a nice neat finsih on the tile is needed.

I am waiting for my 10 yr old machines to have a major repair issue so I can get my front loading machines! Then I will be doing the happy dance!
