Paid by credit card.. Should I dispute the claim?

basically we had existing mirrors and called the guys in to cut and reinstall the glass. Dem cut the glass in the wrong place pon 1 mirror and den dem neva mount the 2nd glass level..

I called the manager and she a chat ish bout mi haffi pay fi have dem come back.. mi ask ar fi come and look pon de work. She a defend dem work . Since she cant come till the 28th.. We made a video and sent it to her Wed.. She has not responded yet

i paid for the work via Amex.. so I think I can dispute it

I would like the error resolved amicably. The crew has a work around so a partial credit will be acceptable.

yuh should call back the mirror people and mek she know yuh cannot pay for poor service/crafstmanship and that you would like a full refund if they refuse to rectify the situation.

otherwise yuh will be asking your CC company to intervene on your behalf

she get mad and ray ray and start cuss. so far I have only used the dispute option twice</span>.

i gave her some time to see the video.. mi a set fi ar fi monday and den pull the contact credit card company line

cause she did stawt cuss fi say bout dem could not mount it completely flat because dem cannot take off the old mastic (glue) and mi argue back seh there is a difference between being flat &amp; being level and being level no have anything fi do wid flat

den she chat bout how mi will haffi pay fi dem come back mi seh let us resolve this amicably (even doah mi head did a start hot mi when she seh dat) and please come see their work. She said she cant come till the end of the month so mi offer fi tek pics and a video so she can see how it look..

the glass can break if you do so it safer to just leave it I guess

if it was yawd people doing the work they would have found a way
