carry it home to the likkle one. if i remember right, the bag has a cooler part that keep the milk cowl for a while.

i used to pump and dump. (pump because if i didn't i would have nice wet marks on my blouse )

but CB when yu pump it jus encourage di milk fi come in more...when i stopped with sarah i took some herbal tea fi dry mi up...mi nuh know when mi can drink di tea again

we really need to have a serious talk next time mi see yuh

pumps are used to express the milk, it is then stored in special little bags and refrigerate/freeze it. this way we can guh pan vacation and baby still fed

some people here have fridge under dem desk. man and ooman
