went running.
drank some powerade zero.
showered.
went to the drs (they werent happy to see me, but wadever)
went to the diagnosis blood place (dem draw blood)
went back home.
listened to di current mr. ilp sister talk me to death.
goofed off on ja.com
waited for di current mr ilp to return from the gym.
took ept test.

went to lay down.

for all di faas people.....
