Well mi left di drs office tiddey. Mek I see:

1. did I miss any birth control pills? If so, did I follow missed schedule?
2. did I recently tek sick ahn need antibiotic
3. have I been under unusual amounts stress
4. have I consumed any alcoholic beverages in the last 6-8 weeks? If so, how much?
5. when was last menstrual?
6. have I had any spotting?
7. does fambly have history of madness, diabetes, heart dis, blood daht, slew foot <---(ok…so mi mekkin daht up, but you fi get di point)
Well after mi ansa di heep ah interrogation dem…. Wi get to di crux ah di matter….

Mi in good health (heart rate, blood pressure, don’t smoke, etc.)
Mi eat well (for the most part)
I already exercise.
Mi loss 2 pounds between Monday and tiddey.

Can I still finish my event schedule? Don’t see why not. When is time fi stop di belly will tell mi.
How dis happen? Dem nuh know, as all indicators was daht it wasn’t fi occur. But mi prips di dr write “Patient Error” on mi tings.
Is my health being compromise, will it get compromise? Well tings look good so far. But dem will monitor (translation: test, test, test, test)
Wah bout mi RX’s weh mi tek? Well dem haffi consult wid mi nex dr so continue tek dem, but mi can discontinue di birth control, if mi haven’t already.
Wah bout di alcohol mi consume. I mean mi not no alcoholic but…mi mussi consume nuff tequila when mi did on di lef coast fi fi drown off ah small villiage inna mexico.? Well alcohol isn’t di best ting and dem cyan do nuten bout daht now…but no drink none right now.
Why mi mouth dry, mi cyan stop nyam di ice
? Daht happens in some ooman, but water is good…so eat di ice if mi want.
Dem im ask:
Mi seem apprehensive…if mi want dem will facilitate mi dashing weh di belly. 
Well even doh di thought has cross mi mind…mi did still shock fi have smaddy (mi dr) ask. I guess im could see mi stawt look pon im…dem im seh in MD mi have up to week 17.6 to decide…daht is unless something present itself down the road.
One a embarrassing note…mi stawt perspire bad inna di drs office. Mi seh mi wet fi real. When mi stawt get nervous & stawt shake. Mi tan up fi go inna di bathroom fi put likkle cold wata pon mi face. Mi mek it to bathroom door….. dem gi mi Sprite and graham crackers.
Aye sah…. Mi really feel like mi gwine tun mad, enoh? Mi reach back ah mi yaad since 11. Is inna mi bed mi been since.

ILP ... There are worst things than a vaginal ultrasound and is good they will be monitoring you ... there will be tests but after a while it may be just regular ultrasounds and that's not so bad either.
You will soon get used to the idea so gwaan eat up and follow the doctor instructions.Comment
