I kinda think so too...cause u have some great ideas about how to cover off things concerning the kids but emotionally he cannot hear you at the moment due to previous memories.

how long before you need to say yea or nay to the company? Maybe a couple more days to digest for MrKia is in order?

but honestly this is seeming like it is a lot more trouble given the history so i may have to just say no. I mean I was not looking and the offer came which in this economy is something to consider. My ideal job would be 10 - 3 4 days a week which would allow me to best balance work &amp; family life but that is not realistic in the field I work.
