Nylah very valid point ... I know I have issues and highly likely I would be induced and I dont think a midwife would want to deliver me at home but it would be something I think is a nice option for many people.

Birth plans rarely go according to plan..

One little likkle ting doah ... all birth is "natural" either vaginal or c-section 
Next thing I know I was trying to open my eyes to "Sweetie! Red hair! Ten pounds! He's here!"
as they haven't been traumatized by the birth canal.
So I happily opted for a c-section. Same hospital, same doctor, different anesthesiologist. Epidural went well. 9.5 pound boy delivered. I was awake. Spouse was assistant doctor
, called from Jamaica to tell mi to "Tan up traight! Doan ben ovah after di surgery! Walk proud and smile through di pain!" I did. With morphine 

no childbirth is not for me.
