Here's why:
1. We worked hard and sacrificed for them
2. It is not only the right thing for them to do but it is also the natural thing for them to do, i.e., take care of their parents if we need them to. It is just what should happen.
3. I would hope my children would recognize that their success in life is made possible by having parents like us.
