we survived! i did it with a coworker. i had many moments when mi retroactively guh back and tek weh wah mi seh bout people pon survivor a wimp out. it look easy till u haffi dweet. that said, mi never skip any a di obstacles, and we finish in one piece and had fun. one guy got carted off in an ambulance though.

one ting though, not even maas joe hog dem dutty like we when we done! di mud vicious iyah. it will suck u shoes awfa u foot. a suh it thick and muddy!

the boy did well with mi friend. i'm so proud of him. i even had a 13 yr old do his naptime routine (while i was home) and he still went down like the little trooper he is. it helps that he is on a schedule and the routine straight forward so even a kid can do it.

alex update

been a while. mi start dating (don't ask ) so mi not as igle as mi used to be

so here goes

1. di boy turned 9 months last week time a fly
2. 4 more teeth come out pon top at the same time. it never too bad as far as teething goes
3. we going to cali for a week. longest we've been away from home and never in a hotel. we always stay with friends so dis will be interesting. i'm going for work but an ex girlfriend will babysit him while we are there
4. him start crawl
5. him still love di puss and i have resolved to just accept that his first word is &quot;cat&quot;. him start seh it last sunday everytime him see har or start look fi har. a pere &quot;cah&quot;, &quot;cah&quot;, &quot;cah&quot;. him nuh get di &quot;t&quot; yet
6. him a wave goodbye now
7. still not interested much in sign language but mi continue to try till him eventually get it
8. my ex partner has asked to spend more time with him (i'm allowing it). the new gf isn't bothered by it
9. he likes the new one and her son (they met today). yes we going real slow - not that we have a choice with kids, work and other commitments. dis is fi anedda thread if mi ever feel up to it
