dont you in the U.S. have what's called a Fictitious Name Registration?

Which just means you are making up a name for your corporation that has not been used by anyone else.

The issue about the board members not needing to be real seems off. Unless you can register board members without submitting Social Security Numbers?

This part could not be done up her because of that requirement.

And then you need to declare the residency status of each board member as well.

what I said is all on the up and up as well. It works in the US but not ya suh (i think) the registry of the fictitious names is done at the court house. They even have a name for the form.

Saying alla dat anyhow, she already had board members so it is not likely they all gonna vote that the company pay for all a bizi's living expenses. This is for someone who wants a corp on their own.

o Orgs engaging in promoting health for the benefit of the community (directly providing healthcare services or enhancing the quality of or access to health care to a sufficiently broad segment of the community)
o Assistance to victims of disasters
o Housing assistance

didn't see any specific wording stating &quot;which&quot; community needs to be benefited.

Make sure you read the section on 501c3 in Publication 577 to be sure that you have all your paperwork to qualify for tax exempt status. you can get that at the IRS website. just search for &quot;publications&quot; and download the # 577. matter of fact print and keep it with your documents.

Bizi, I think what Dahjah is saying is instead of having &quot;individuals have different roles in the company. You can go and form a couple or few fictious names and use them as directors, etc for the company, in that way, regardless of how much directors, etc in the corporation, you will be the one making all the decision because everything is you, just under different names.
