yes if you find them on sale you can get 2 for 10 - 12 $$ but generally chicken here is between $11 - 15 for one dat will feed 4 people.

from cows older dan 30 months..reason being, the incident of madcow is supposedly lessened...it was a hold out clause fi US beef getting into the Korean market

wich begs the ? whe di ress a ole cow a go an why we, here, still getting beef dat is <span style="font-weight: bold">known to be suspect</span>.... an di price of said suspect beef gawn up wid everyting else...since di modified cawn gawn up too

you can buy a bag of 1/4 chickens (legs and thighs) for under $4 many times under $3 in toronto. Breasts are more expensive but you can get two for less than S5

I can get 4lbs of potatoes for less than $4 as well

it's the red peppers that fluctuate like mad. scallion is usually 2 for $1. generally I shop no frills, food basics and price choppers.

yeah, I was shocked to find that ja is so expensive - $2.50 for a bottle of ginger beer (its $1.25-1.50 here in the bahamas) and of course, salaries are higher in the bahamas....
