Me nevah use a rice cooker. I dunno what the ratio is in one of those. The 2 for 1 works on the stove top wid a regular pot.

BTW, what kind of rice did you use?

but sumaddy tell mi seh de ratio is de same inna de rice cooker - maybe mi need a new cooker?? OK Peps mi ah go try dat ratio agne pan de stove top cause u have never steered me wrong yet - but LAWD help yuh if de sitten tun mush agen...

I had always heard to put enough water so that it covers the rice by 1/2&quot; to 1&quot;, depending on how sticky you want it. Then boil it on high until it start bubbling and then turn it down low low. Keep the pot covered and don't touch it till it's ready. Works for me, I like rice when it's sticky.

So yesideh mi seh to he ll wid it all an mi go back to wah mi bredda dem did teach mi - mi fling een mi rice an measure 2 joints above the rice for the water...

boil on high till it was just above teh rice and then turn down low...

IT WAS PERFECT!!! - no burn on the bottom and no stirrign required...

I was gonan take apicture to show oonu - but mi was too lazy togo upstairs and fetch the camera - so you have to take my word fro it... It was probably a bit too sticky for mister man - but it was JUST THE WAY I LIKED IT!!!!

So afta four pages of advice mi en up back rioght weh mi stawt....


So the lesson i learned from all this????

My way is usually the right way...
