For those of us who can't afford Bailey's this year

INGREDIENTS
1 cup heavy cream/ half and half
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cups Irish whiskey
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract

DIRECTIONS
In a blender, combine heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, Irish whiskey, instant coffee, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Blend on high for 20 to 30 seconds. Store in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.


For rum cream I combined milk, brown sugar and appleton rum..it was delightful!

yu muss have coffee, candense milk, vanilla an almond essence...you know how much yu can mek versus buying one so so bakkle a Bailey's?

Try this rum cream recipe:

1 beaten egg
1 can sweet milk
1 sweet milk can full of condensed milk
3 tblsp. Hershey's choc. syrup
2 tsp. almond extract
1 cup rum (if you use overproof, then add 1 cup water also)

Very nice if you do it with shaved ice in the blender....great dessert drink! My guests and local visitors have loved it!

Rum Cream

1 Cup Heavy Cream (or Half &amp; Half)
2 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup.
4 Tsp instant coffee (or Fresh Brewed)
½ tsp ground cinnamon.
½ tsp vanilla extract.
¼ tsp coconut extract.

Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl at high speed for a few
minutes until blended and smooth.
Serve over ice immediately or store in tightly covered container in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Stir before serving...Yum!
