Eat it same way. As for the rest put it in some season rice, an one time mi did see somting bout some ackee quiche I would think mushy ackee good for that. Under NO circumstance must you throw it away, even if you haffi mek ackee paste and spred it pon some bread!!! </div></div>

i ate it w/ a baked sweet potato, but di mashoutidness of the whole combo kinda mek mi feel like mi shoulda tek out mi teet and put dem in a glass. Di tice ting seem most palatable to me. And the fry dumplin, while not a bad idea, is too much wuk. caw meeda haffi cook up dat firse, den roll it into the flour, DEN fry the dumplin. dat is a excursion!

She say if she walking or driving and see any tree wid nuff fruit pannie, she stop an knock pan di ppl door and ask if she can pick them Very brave. Yes dem have breadfruit in the tin but under NO circumstance should you buy it, di sinting is disgusting!! And this is from a serious breadfruit lover, me could not eat it and me tried really hard....
