no is water, but is like the breadfruit young and den it soak up the water, so the first time me try it mi did just fry dem up and it was so me say ok me me try dry dem out first by putting dem in di oven and then frying dem, dat was too, it taste funny and the miggle of it mushy and nawsty and it just all around yucky....you can buy one tin and experiment and then come back so I can say "I told you so..."

Oh it was jackfruit i saw-the fruit fruit- at a asian grocery in orlando. and them sell dat by the pound too. wen dem weigh up di supm it was coming to bout $40 and them woulden cut it and sell ongle one piece neyda. The frozen one is good though but di piece dem likkle bit an bruk up bruk up but mi fry an nyam same way
