What's cooking today?

I have a BBQ ribs recipie that I want to try, so today is

bbq pork spare ribs
salad
roast corn

what else goes with ribs that can be cooked on the grill I have to figure something out.

for dinner - tilapia steamed with okra. veggie soup. i might make seasoned brown bismati rice - i will see how that goes.

i'm still contemplating the goat wid tomatoe, oat, celery, dried cranberry salad and white rice. i've been really good lately so the hily goat meat will do me good.

They are starting to come in at a nice size now that the water is getting warmer and the fisher people dont have to go out to far to catch them.

bwile di hoats. put it in freezer mek it cool. den you add in the raw celery, cranberry cucumber or what have you and just slice in the dried cranberry. the sweet of the cranberry establishes itself well with curry. the mr. sue of the moment &lt;zoom&gt; ----&gt; he does not like raisons, or i would use those but becaz mi a gladys and no man will have me, when one does, i try to respect their tastes

anyhow you don't even need rice or what have you because that's just more food than a normal one can *stomach*. food is sensual. everytime yu tase a bite yu yeye dem spose fi rollovah inney yu yeytap. one musn't overdo it. you need dis big hawss plate wid juss a likkle bit a dat ting spread it ovah di plate and you're a hero. den goh lie dung eena di bed and watch AMC movie channel. clit eastwood is awn tideh. my gawd. more food soon to come.


my kids love me for that with the quails and di watercress and dried ginger, but that's another story.

i like to think of the kitchen as a chemistry lab. lord. sometimes things just hexplode. yess'um. indeed.

Going to put cider and seasonings in canister and put chicken on top. Chicken brined last night and seasoned. I either buy Kosher chicken or brine my own. Then warm red-skin potato salad and snap peas. Already started on the Pinot Grigio </span></span>

Mike's Hard Lemonade is a vodka-based cooler made in Canada.

The original is made with lemon juice but they have other nice flavours like cranberry, pomeragranate, etc.
