alright, send my your address come

I put together much of the dinner last night actually.

the prawns I put to marinade with:
olive oil
citrus ponzu sauce
splash of lime juice
brown sugar
garlic
sea salt/black pepper
a bunch of herbs from the garden. oregano/thyme/parsley/cilantro

I'll throw them on the grill in a bit.

I just roasted a head of garlic in the oven, mashed the garlic with some olive oil, white wine and balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and some chili peppers. Added a ton of basil/parsley/cilantro. Then tossed some strawberry tomatoes with the mixture.

I let that sit as well. I took a scopp out this morning and lawd have mercty it is nice

My kind of meal dis.

Wish I was coming along.

I could bring a bowl of fresh sugar pine and East Indian mango to add to the dessert.

The other night I made Sticky Sweet Rice served with chunks of mango and a little tip of Sweet milk on it, like they serve in Thai Restaurants.

Something like this.

Sticky Rice with mango.

It's better then it looks. When I used to get it at a Thai Restaurant in SF, it always had a tip of sweet milk on top of it, so I added that to mine. Also I didn't have sticky rice, I used regular Ja white rice, washed it several times to eliminate a lot of the starch.

I took it to a dinner party and can I say, it was the best part of the meal.

Do a Google search for the recipe, there are several, all similar but different, according to what you have available.

if you've ever eaten sea bass then you've eaten rockfish. just di sea bass dem ketch here have stripes ahn di fisher people catch dem near rocks (suh mi hear). plus mi nuh eat tilapia cah dem is farm raised and mi nuh eat farm raise fish.

ahn mi juss wax off one evalastin piece fram di grill....mi belly full to blurtneet.....
