Is there a special way to make this.........cause as much as I love it.......it come out like rock stone and trust me yu can kill sumaddy wid it

don't hangle it too much - just a light kneading to make the flour elastic. u sure u putting in enough baking powder? -

check how much baking powder you putting in and as MG say no kneed it too much. I also use ice cold water ... and if I must say so my fried dumplings are pretty good.Comment

The more milk th esofter in inside and crispier the crust.
