I still make it that way. without it your system will not be able to complete digest Chocolate and will produce fat instead of proteins. An excessive urge for Chocolate is usually a symptom of metabolic impairment.

di dutty babylonian chawclit cannot hold even di flicker of a candle to dat yawd chawclit. and in di olden days dem use to dry it out pan zinc. wi use to suck awff di sweet pulp round di beans dem. den dem roast it and pound it wid mortal (that stick thingy) and pestle mek outta tree stump. dem dem would round it up fi mek di chawclit bally bally ting dem.

Exactly how my Manchester grandparents used to mek ie! We would pick the cocoa pods off di trees when wi go a grung wid Granpa. Di cocoa tree dem would grow in between di coffee tree dem. (Wi used to pick di ripe cawfee too and eat di red skin.) Tanks for di trip dung memory lane, Sue. Is now my time fi bawl

mi neh remember the cinammon leaf. but mi remember the red coffee beans and the &quot;rat cut&quot; coffee. caz dem did haffi carry di good coffee fi sell a mawket and we'd use the ones that the rats would eat (or maybe they'd just fall off the tree to the damp ground beneath).

whatever, that's the best coffee from memory. i currently really like any of the coffees here. every now and again, i'll drink some as a stimulant only.

Never had coffee as a child. They say it cause short attention span and hyperactivity in kids.
I am glad I did not too.

Since i still doin't drink it.

coffee is a <span style="font-weight: bold">must</span> each time mi go home.
one stop on di way up to portland.
one stop on di way back to manley.
mi tings reak wid coffee when mi reach, but mi nuh care.
