Me remember my granny use to mek de chocolate tea and sweeten it wid coconut milk.
Anybody know the process fi mek dem chocolate balls? Me have one chocolate tree a grow out back an mi no know wha fi do wid di chocolate when it ripe.!

go see my response mussi p.2 above. they have to be roasted, pounded and made into the little balls. i think coaknawt milk has something to do with their molding into the little balls, but i could entirely be wrong and only water was added.

first they have to pick the fruit ripe. Then cut the fruit open and remove the seeds. the seeds are then allowed to be fermented until the sweet flesh break down and become vinegar. They the seeds are removed and roasted. after roasting they are crushed into a paste. the process of crushing the roasted nuts creates a paste,of the constituency to roll in balls, and then placed to air dry. thisis what is then created on mandolin greater to make chacklit tea, with cinnamon leaf and nutmeg, sugar and milk. That is how it is made.
