which one Fancy?

I have been popping the Mexican Shortbreads steadily so now I have to make another 2 batches

This is a new recipe for the year and it is definitely a keeper

So much so that I am gonna scrap making regular shortbread. These ones are nicer.....if you dont like overly sweet cookies, you will love the Mexican Shrotbread. The cinnamon is a lovely subtle touch

such fun tagging along ...

gosh - it has been YEARS since I did much Holiday Baking ... I sort of miss it.

my kitchen in the house I left last year had an awesome kitchen to work in ....

the funky little apartment kitchen I have now ... not so much ~

but still - I have turned out some nice choc chip cookies recently ~

I will photo and show and tell pon my next batch ~

usually I am good at determining which recipes can be doubled...but it looks like I called it wrong on the butter tarts

I doubled my favorite version of it so I could make two batches at once but even after baking to crap out of the thing, the tart wont set

so what a waste of butter, and shortbread crust I made.

aie sah, gonna have to make it in two separate batches....

Calphalon cookie sheet?
