yeah, I give most of it away. I give out baksets to my clients and to many of my friends as well. They seem to appreciate it more than buying stuff. It is to the point where they start to ask what they will be getting this year, so I think they enjoy it

Madeleines are a type of french "cookie". They have almost an airy, cake like consistency to me but they class them as cookies. They soak up glazes and syrups really nicely Really good with tea or coffee.

You know I wouldnt mind at all What I am trying to work out is how to protect and seal the cookies so they dont dry out when they travel a few days via the postal system. That is my current battle.

Well, I do have your address, so I can do a test run and see how well they travel to Florida seeing as how I am not moving there anytime soon
