looking for drink recipe

some one made me a drink using pineapple juice and condensed milk - i think it had nutmeg or cinnamon added but not sure

does anyone have a recipe for a drink like this?

if you add coconut milk - it's a pina colada - but this drink didn't have coconut - it was just a refreshing drink - the "bite" of the pineapple was subdued.

Ingredients:
3 Cups Of Raw Homemade Pineapple Juice
1/4 Cup Of Carnation Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup Of Crushed Ice
1 Tablespoons Of Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Pinch Of Ground Cayenne Pepper
3 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Pinch Of Fresh Ground Cinnamon

Preparation Instructions:
I would like to thank Laura of Grandview Plaza Kansas for allowing us to publish this tried and tested pineapple juice anti-inflammatory elixir recipe. To begin first you should take out a cocktail shaker. Add into the vessel the raw homemade pineapple juice, sweetened condensed milk, crushed ice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ground cayenne pepper, fresh mint leaves, and fresh ground cinnamon. Next place a lid on the cocktail shaker, and then briskly toss the ingredients together until the elixir is well blended. Serve it in a tall highball glass, and drink it slowly. It is important to note that for this elixir to work as an anti-inflammatory agent, you must use fresh made pineapple juice, as it will still contain the proteolytic enzyme bromelain, which will help to relax your blood vessels. Also be sure that the pinch of cinnamon and cayenne pepper is very small, so that your elixir is still drinkable, and not too spicy.

but pineapple juice sweet enough without the condensed milk

actually, it sounds tasty to me. i think it would taste something like grapefruit and condensed milk, which was one of my favourite desserts from childhood. the tangy and the sweet in a delicious combination.

it also sounds a bit like lassi, those indian fruit drinks made with sweetened yogurt.

they can be kixed, but you have to follow ceren chemical rules. and evef after youmix iot it will crurd,after anyway.
