When it comes to food tho - more and more I'm feeling

When you all or someone you know, comes out of the store with the 3 foot high cart of stuff and paid $4.00 using coupons for it's contents of <span style="font-weight: bold">real food</span> - let me know.

Two thursday's ago mi get 3 bottles of Heinz white distilled venigar for $6 (sales price). Mi had a 50 cent coupon for each other them. Giant double each of the coupon. So mi end up paying $1 for each of the bottles.

If yuh ah look fi savings pan plant products, git up early an goh ah di &quot;Farmers Market&quot;. Actually, di later yuh goh di better di savings, caa dem waa leave fi goh back home. Moas drive ah long way fi com deh ah 5AM an an sell dem produce. Deals pan popatoes, tomatoes, mellons, carrot, ....etc.

Find out whe one located inna yuh area. Summer time is best, however some ah dem still come inna di winter time. Prices ah likkle higher den but still lower dan regular supermarket.

To answer the question I think are asking:

I see those cartwheel people on tv often. What I think they do is like ILP, however, ILP is brand loyal. Dem wi pick up anything dem can find onsale and tun it into a meal.

EX, hamburger helper is on sale for $1 a box. Dem have .40 cent coupon. Ground turkey was on special last week and dem did buy a package.

Dem can feed a family of 4 for under $5 for the entire meal.

Next week, some odda kind of rice, a box of scalloped potatoes are on special. Pair that with a coupon, and yuh get it cheap, cheap.

Often times me read di Sunday coupons (yes I clip) and when me go di store me see the same things that had super duper coupons in the paper on special at the store. But if a nuh sumting me usually eat, or feel enticed to try, I let it pass.

But yeah, I can see how, they leave the market doing cartwheels. If yuh willing to infuse all kinds of things in your diet.

Stoes like Publix (in S. Fl) have sales every week when they have 2 for 1 specials and also meat &amp; produce specials....when I'm in the States I just buy what I eat, if it is on sale &amp; more of the 2 for 1 packaged goods that I can take back with me...if I need other things I just bite the bullet, but am very conscious of trying to buy only the things on sale....this is just store specials...I don't find too many coupons for things that I use regularly.

Also...a grocery ad cycle runs about every 4-6 weeks. So (lets do yogurt)...Dannon will run week #1, Yoplait week #2, Chabani week #3, the store brand week #4, Stoneycreek Farm week #5. Then the cycle runs again.

My grocery run double coupons, everyday. period...as long as the coupon is under 50 cents. So sale price, plus coupon x2...equals a nice savings. </div></div>

just use the instore coupons/club card instead of the coupons cause yuh nah get coupon fi meat and/or produce.
