Rivers - I think anything new takes some time for our palates to adjust - the important thing is that you don;t have a closed mind and are willing to try new things

You don;t have to limit yourself to naming Jamaican foods - share any food that you like...

Curried just about anything but goat (not a big stewed red meat eater): chicken, cauliflower, chick peas ...preferably served with roti!

Escoveitch fish, preferably jack with lots of country peppers (have aquired a real taste for them since living a Yaad)....I really do love almost all fresh fish, prepared in many different ways.

Jerk chicken &amp; fish

Most all fruits: tropical &amp; otherwise, although not to fond of jackfruit....do really miss my berries!

Well prepared Mexican food

Thai food, especially pad thai

Indian food with nuff spice

Pizza with not alot of cheese, but interesting, flavorful toppings (veggies &amp; seafood)....must have a perfect, crispy crust.


A nice big, crispy caesar salad with sliced jerk chicken breast or fresh salmon!!!!!

I guess I'm a foodie....like lots of things &amp; need variety!

It's all good! I like many different cuisines myself - I am a foodie no d0ubt!!! trust me I could add many things to the list above but I decided to keep it short and sweet

Years ago on a trip to mexico. i had one of the best fried fish... can't tell if it was snapper or parrot but the fish was HUGE and most delicious.
