up till now I only knew of the <span style="text-decoration: line-through">old fashioned way</span>traditional way to extract the moisture..by squeezing with your hand. Too much work! Me just see Julia Child suggest using a Potato Ricer instead guess it would work for sorrel, too! excellent

i put it in a strainer, run water on it and just squeeze the juice down.

mommy use the blender too and from what i see is just trash leave (no juice) and she just strain it and good to go.

in addition to what CB sed, it will be trash and milk in di blender...just pour dat inna wan strainer over a bowl to extract the milk . Squeeze wat tash left in the strainer to mek sure yu get alla di milk ..

To put less pressha on the blender's motor, cut up di coconut b4 dropping it in di blender.. (not like chicken feedin but like 2 inch pieces .)

right-this is exactly how I do it to extract the milk.
