I made stew peas this weekend using organic dried red beans. But that's not the cheating part.
I used onion, scotch bonnet pepper, thyme to season. That's not the cheating part either.
I added a touch of cut up salt beef. Not really cheating here.

Yes, I used gnocchi instead of spinners. Not really cheating as I've confessed that before.
