Skelly the food you serve at a party is determined by the time the party starts. If I am going to a party that starts before 7pm I expect dinner, if it is after 7pm then mi a expect finger food tings

Black Eyed Peas Salad

* 2 Cans Black eyed peas, Drained
* 1 Bell Pepper
* 1 Chopped Cucumber
* 1 Can Olives, chopped
* Equal mixture of Olive Oil and Herb vinegar (garlic or basil)
* 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
* Thyme, rosemary, oregano, or Italian seasoning
* Garlic

1. Mix it all up and let chill for an hour.



if you gwine serve liquor den u also need the greasy food to help hold the alcohol down. .mini burgers work!
