For Jazz:
Twice Baked Potatoes
Bake potatoes. Take the top part of the skin off. Scoop out the innards. Mash the potatoes as you would regularly but keep them a little stiff, by using milk and butter. Add garlic, some ranch dressing, some grated cheddar cheese to taste, salt. Beat again. Scoop the mixture back into the skins, piling it up a little. Add grated cheese on the top of each one. Bake at 375 for 15-25 minutes depending on the size of the potatoes.
