I want to try it so bad but don't have one cornflake left up in this camp. If wheat chex could almost make it right, I'd be in business but shopping isn't until next week.

Beef pot roast with gravy
Cabbage
Corn on the cob
Speckled butter beans, crowder peas, and okra with pork neckbones seasoning meat
Brown rice
Baked macaroni and cheese
Corn bread
Spinach salad
Carrot cake (bought from Publix) and vanilla ice cream
Drinks: Tea and crown royal
Meds: Advil and plenty water

the farmers market opened today so....

brussel sprouts
tomatoes and cucumbers (of course oonu know seh pickled beets gwine mix in deh)
chicken salad (with rotisserie chicken breast) &lt;---my first one
baked mahi-mahi
steamed kale
meat sauce (with bison) in the crockpot &lt;---for later in the week.
fruit salad for dessert
water (for me)
beer (for di current mr ilp)
milk (for Hunter)

it look like di current mr ilp gwine be on the road this week, so all cooking giwne haffi knock out today

Likkelgen was never a burger person or ground beef for that matter (her anty dung a fl cook one well done as in hard as a rock burger give her last summer and that was pretty much it in the hopes of ever eating hamburger again)

mi a try convince her seh ground beef mek meatballs but she not buying it

It will be that Italian restaurant for us later on.....caan bodda wid ne cooking......and me check all the family members and all of them making some beef something or odda.....dem meat alway still a moo cannot believe I used to eat my meat like that once upon a time

My uncle brought me some just picked green gungo.




I am freezing some, but of course to get the most out of freshness, I am using most right away.

Gungo peas soup with a ham bone from previous meal
Brown stew fish (my uncle went fishing for these)
Cow Foot and Bean
Gungo rice and peas
Calalloo (from the garden)
Tomatoes vinegarette (garden)
