yes it was the lick......even though the first time i made it i got sidetracked and it stay in the oven 2 long.....the 2nd time it was the lick

my jamaican granmama....sez she use the <span style="font-weight: bold">trash</span> from the coconut after she finish juice it.....she mean the residue.....me tell her dat to throw in the garbage....she sey unno farrina doan na nutin and jamaican quease everting outta food mek fashin what eva the hell dat mean
