Tzatziki is eaten with bread: white or brown pita is best, but 'regular' or French bread will do nicely.

Or it would be very nice with Baked Potatoes.

Is all Chobani yogurt non-fat? I bought some plain yesterday, and when I looked at the flavored versions, they were non-fat as well.

I haven't tasted it yet, but the full fat versions of Greek yogurt taste way better than the low-fat and no-fat ones.

I'm going to try it today for dinner though I'm tempted to just stick a spoon in right now.

this one is 2% (low fat) the blueberry one that i also bought is non-fat though. Didn't see any full fat ones, but maybe my supermarket doesn't carry them.

It was an unadvertised sale at the Publix I go to. I couldn't tell exactly what was normal because some of the shelf was completely empty. I had Butterfly in the car so I didn't have time to inquire.

It is generally not a good idea to buy what is left-over, but I did it. For sure though, all Chobani left was non-fat.

I may not like it as well or I may like it just as much, but it is going to be my sour cream sub on the baked potatoes today lol.

You can make your own &quot;greek&quot; style yogurt. IT IS MUCH CHEAPER.
simply purchase plain yogurt and strain it overnight.
add the fruit that you like.
When I want a treat I add Polaner Allfruit to mine

as with all yogurts...greek yogurts have different textures (depending on the brand). I prefer mine a bit thinner, so I use a regular (fine) strainer. But when I need it thicker...for say sandwiches...i use cheese cloth.

Thanks for the tip.

I like the Trader Joe's brand. It's kind of thick. I have even made coleslaw with it so I suppose I need cheesecloth.

The plain chobani will NOT be your friend. I usually buy the honey one but made the mistake of picking up the plain once I had to fly to the pantry to add honey to it.

I think the Chobani taste better than the Dannon, or maybe is the fact that it is low fat rather than non-fat

It actually turned out good for the purpose. Considering all the other things I loaded the baked potatoes with, it would have been hard to go wrong lol.

It managed to still have the tangy flavor, but I need some fat for the right texture. I would be willing to try the low-fat version but would likely not buy the non-fat again. Overall, it was surprisingly good considering how bland Trader Joe's low-fat version tastes to me.
