no. you<span style="font-weight: bold"> roast</span> it on wood fiyah <span style="font-weight: bold">after</span> it dry in sun hot pan pon ... get wid it witchy

Okay. So I let it dry first, on the tin under the hot sun. (weak New Jersey sun at the end of November. Right)

Then I make a wood fire, over which I roast the dried coffee beans. Do I have it right, now?

All this... I sure nuff coulda just bought myself a new home roaster and done it the 21st century way, seen..... sigh

This roaster is the one I bought.

I'd've loved to buy the Hot Top roaster, but didn't have the money for that one.

There are plenty of places. I live within spitting distance to midtown Manhattan. But I often buy from Sweet Maria's. (where I bought the roaster from)

Yep. Low cost and low tech, eeh? And easy on my electric bill, too.
Plenty of time fi'mi to pray while roasting mi cawfee beans. I might be able to get in an entire four decade rosary - and then some! dwl
