Grilling in the (Indoor) Kitchen

so mi have one recipe that call for grilling, but....on a grill that would be outside. However, oonu know my limitations as it relates to using <span style="text-decoration: line-through">di current mr ilp's</span> our outdoor kitchen. How do I grill, but indoors

the oven broiler is very good for grilling

Broil on high in your oven ...make sure the rack close enough to the top of the oven since... broil uses heat from above...that look good but since is mi one would eat it in my house will have to pass.

those are made with tortilla, which mi had to stop eating since mi move to the Borderland. Mi did start swell up &amp; favoring di natives this is just eggs and mexican chirizo inside of a cored bell pepper.
